My favourite five idioms that include parts of the body are:
-To have a finger in every pie. It means that you are involved in everything happening.
-To play something by ear. It means improvising, doing something that has not been planned before.
-To have a bone to pick with someone. It means having something pending with someone.
-To be wet behind the ears. It means to be unexperienced.
-To give one´s right arm to … It means being capable of giving everything for someone.
